I have bought tickets / want to buy tickets


When and how do I get my e-tickets?
E-tickets are not sent by mail but sent to your e-mail address in PDF format. After successful payment you will receive a link to download the ticket. Within 5 minutes of a confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with your ticket in PDF format.

I have not received my tickets. What do I do now?
It may take a while, before the e-mail appears in your inbox. It may also be that the e-mail ended up in the spam folder; check your spam folder. If you haven't received your conformation e-mail at all after some time; Contact the seller or IHT via inquiries@ihavetickets.nl

What are the booking fees? What will be the cost?
The price on the IHT site is the gross price.
The online payment is always the same as the price indicated on the site.

Can I buy tickets even if the event is sold out?
If tickets are sold out online, it may be that in the box office tickets are still for sale. Please contact the organizers!

What should I do if I do not have a printer?
Print e-tickets on another printer, for example, at work, at the library or at friends. You can also transfer the e-mail to your smartphone. The mobile e-ticket (mXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) also serves as an entrance ticket and can also be scanned at the entrance.

How do I secure my data? Am I safe during the purchase process on the pages?
The entire transaction is managed via secure pages (https). If in doubt, click on the IHT links with the right mouse button to open a new window or tab. The connection (https) is visible.
Your data will be processed by us carefully and will only be used to process your purchase. All data will be encrypted and automatically deleted after the event has ended for which you have purchased tickets. (see also our Privacy Statement)

I bought an e-ticket from someone else. Is it valid?
We can not guarantee the entry if the e-ticket was not purchased directly from IHT.
So only accept e-tickets from friends and acquaintances. Each e-ticket code is unique and provides access for one person. Copying is therefore useless.

I want to sell tickets


I would like to sell tickets through IHT Do I need a Data Processing Agreement?
In certain cases, the parties are obliged to enter into a data processing agreement under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This only applies when they process personal data on behalf of another party.
IHaveTickets is of the opinion that the processing of personal data in the context of the user agreement with you as a seller is not covered here. When it comes to the processing of personal data, IHaveTickets does not work on behalf of you and you do not work on behalf of IHaveTickets.
The data that IHaveTickets receives is processed on the basis of its own responsibility. IHaveTickets is therefore not a processor, but an independent controller as referred to in the GDPR.
This means that you are personally responsible for the safe and correct processing of personal data and your own privacy statement. A data processor agreement between us therefore does not apply.

What types of tickets are available at IHT?
At IHT you can choose from a wide range of options for selling tickets.
Day ticket, passe-partout, ticket for a time slot, ticket for a specific location, ticket for a specific artist, free ticket, reservation, press card, etc. etc.

What are the costs for using IHT?
The cost of using our comprehensive system depends on the amount of tickets/products you sell.
Between 1 and 500 tickets you pay the fixed amount of €1.50/ticket. up to 5000 tickets you pay €1,-/ticket and above that only €0.50/ticket. (Prices are ex. VAT)
That is it! There are no additional costs.
We do not charge percentages on the amount paid by the visitor and it doesn't matter whether it is a day ticket, passe-partout or ticket for a specific time slot, and where or when the ticket is purchased or the price you ask for a ticket.
After the event or at the end of each month you will receive an overview of all income and all costs (PDF and Excel) and the total amount minus the costs will be deposited into your account.

At other ticket shops, the costs are recovered from the visitor, why not at IHT?
At IHT you can choose to whom you want to pass the costs on. If you assume the costs, they will be deducted from the advertised price. If you let the visitor pay for the costs, these will be added to the sales price that you have set.
Your visitor therefore always pays the price stated on the site without additional costs, as is the case with most other ticket sales sites.
The reason IHT uses this method is because we believe that adding the extra costs and expenses to the ticket price afterwards deters visitors and is a bit of a sham.
